Meet Me! Your Ginger Acupunk.

A Northwest native, I grew up in Washington and currently live in Seattle.  I am raising a family of three Smooth Collies, named Aiden, Teagan and Finn with my husband of 25+ years.

I discovered acupuncture 25 years ago after finishing my first career in non-profit, taking a year long sabbatical traveling the world with my husband.  I discovered the benefits of the medicine on my own after many years of not finding any relief from traditional Western medicine and other modalities. That was when I decided I wanted to help others find this amazing but often misunderstood form of medicine.

I am a nationally accredited acupuncturist and herbalist.  I love what I do and want my patients to reach their health goals; and part of that usually includes helping patients get back to doing the things that make them happy in life (i.e. being more active, gardening, art, travel, etc).

I specialize and have a good proven track record in treating the following:

  • Pain, Injury and performance improvement
  • Autoimmune management
  • Reproductive and urogenital health
  • Insomnia, anxiety, depression, trauma recovery
  • GI health (IBS, GERD, nausea, etc.)
  • Respiratory health
  • Post cancer treatment care
In addition to the general health concerns of my patients.

I use a safe, gentle and effective acupuncture style centered in Japanese acupuncture practices that focus on treating not only the individual but what the body needs the day of the treatment.

I am a trained & certified trigger point injection acupuncture therapist and I use manual trigger point release techniques as well.

I am a proud member of the LGBTQIA2S+ community and believe in and am committed to creating a safe, supportive, affirming and accepting environment for every patient. I am happy to answer any of your questions about acupuncture or herbal medicine!

I work out of West Seattle and Fremont at the NFMHealth family of clinics!
